Purchase the item, send me a good quality photo(s), confirm the preview that you receive by e-mail and you will receive the item at the address you indicated during your order

The delivery with the international posts is free of charge at the moment for all the items. If you prefer to receive the item with an express couier please contact me and I will indicate the shipping costs

If you commission a portrait the timing depends on the media and dimension of the art work and is the following All the Drawings - 1-2 working days All the watercolors - 2-3 working days All the collage and mixed media - 2-3 working days Smartphones and PC covers - 2-3 working days Small Oil paintings (from 10x15 cm to 20x30 cm) - 5 working days Medium Oil paintings (from 21x31 cm to 40x50 cm) - 10 working days Big Oil paintings (from 41x51 cm to 100x100 cm) - 15 working days Extra large Oil Paintings (from 101x101 cm) - 20 working days All the terms are expressed in the working days and are to be considered from the day after I receive the photo from you

All the art-works excluding the commissioned portraits will be shipped the first working day available after the day I receive the payment

If you received the damaged art work please contact me as soon as possible sending me the photos of the damage and I will provide to pick it up and refund the amount as soon as I get it back
